30 minutes. No prep needed. Tell us about your organization, what's working and what's not. We'll tell you whether NetHarbor is a fit — and if not, who to talk to instead.
Proposal
You get a 1-page proposal: scope, timeline, monthly cost. No surprises, no fine print. You read it. You decide.
Onboarding
If you say yes, we set up the workspace, gather what we need, and start building. First draft in 1–2 weeks for the Foundation package.
NetHarbor is a veteran-owned small business. If your nonprofit's grant or funder gives weight to veteran-owned vendors, mention it on the discovery call and we'll get you the documentation you need.
